Some of my clients

I am lucky to work with some of the most well known and well established organisations in the UK education sector as well as start-ups. Most of the people I work with are educational technology companies but I have also worked with a pupil support service - Engage and membership organisation - ASCL.


Engage Educational Services is a new arm of the Engage Educational Trust and provides support to the most challenging young people across schools in Norfolk and the East of England.

How I helped: I supported the company manager, Stuart Lee with the content for their new website and brochure as well as writing an internal messaging document and communications plan for their launch.

The Association of School and College Leaders ASCL is Britain's leading professional body representing over 18,000 school, college and system leaders, including primary schools, multi-academy trusts and those working across phases.

How I helped: I supported ASCL whilst they recruited for a new head of marketing. This support included developing communications plans and marketing materials to promote their professional services and membership to the primary sector as well as working with the president to devise the title of the 2017 annual conference.

SalamanderSoft is a small company that provides software integration services to schools.

How I helped: SalamanderSoft was invited to exhibit on the new Microsoft Partner stand at Bett 2016. To help them prepare, I developed an easy to understand flyer, de-techied their website and rewrote two case studies to be more benefits focussed.

Derventio Solutions provides bespoke software and off-the-shelf packages to schools, colleges and universities. Two of these are SchooliP and CollegeiP which support schools and colleges to lead performance management, professional development and school improvement planning.

How I help: I work with Derventio on a monthly retainer basis to support their marketing department and mainly provide digital and print content. This includes: blog writing; content for their new brochure; and content for their new website.

PS Financials is a leading provider of accountancy and financial software to a variety of sectors, including education. Their move into education came about with academisation as academies needed an accountancy standard package.

How I help: Working directly with the education sector manager, I am supporting PS Financials as they launch a new product. This support includes: interviewing multi-academy trust leaders to gather feedback and write case studies; developing flyers; compiling and analysing surveys; organising panel meetings of multi-academy trust leaders; and writing a press release that was published in the Times Educational Supplement.

Minted Box is a leading provider of bespoke software for industry and education. One of its products is MINTclass which is seating planning software that supports teachers by displaying vital pupil information.

How I help: I work with MINTclass on a monthly retainer basis to support all of their marketing activity. This includes: marketing planning; event support; writing company profiles for events such as the Bett Show and their partners; writing case studies, articles and prospect emails; and improving search engine optimisation.
